Services
I provide compassionate, evidence-based counselling for teens, adults, couples, and families.

I specialize in supporting those navigating family conflict, trauma (including symptoms of PTSD and C-PTSD), anxiety, and relationship challenges. I also have extensive experience with attention-related difficulties (such as ADHD), as well as guiding you through grief and loss.
Based on your preferences and needs, we will work together to develop a plan, using evidence-based practices which are proven to help.

Approach

From a trauma-informed lens and using a strengths-based, collaborative approach, I strive to meet my clients where they are at. Non-judgement and compassion are integral to my approach.

Our past can be a defining factor in how we gain our sense of self, and how we navigate relationships. My aim is to provide a safe and comfortable space for you and I to begin unpacking and understanding the many experiences that have built your view of the world up until now, and begin moving towards a life that feels good for you.

Along with my work in mental and emotional health, over the past 10+ years I have worked in various roles in community health settings with communities, families, and individuals in various capacities. The variety of my professional background has afforded me the compassionate curiosity that I bring into my practice.
I provide therapy both virtually and in-person in Toronto, Ontario.

Education Background
My Masters of Social Work was obtained from the University of Toronto in 2023, after achieving a bachelors degree in Health and Community Services from the University of Victoria in 2021, and a diploma in Community, Family and Child Studies from Camosun College in 2019. I am registered and in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers, and the Ontario Association of Social Workers.
