I provide counselling services for adults, teens (13+), and couples.

While my practice involves working with various individual issues, including depression, anxiety, stress, and self-esteem, I have an especially strong background in working with family conflict, relationship issues, grief, and acute, chronic, and complex trauma.

Based on your preferences and needs, we will work together to develop a plan, using evidence-based practices which are proven to help.

From a trauma-informed lens and using a strengths-based, collaborative approach, I strive to meet my clients where they are at. Non-judgement and compassion are integral to my approach.

My aim is to provide a safe and comfortable space for you and I to begin unpacking and understanding the many experiences that have built your view of the world up until now, and begin moving towards a life that feels good for you.

Along with my work in mental and emotional health, I have worked in various roles in community health settings with communities, families, and individuals in various capacitiesThe variety of my professional background has afforded me the compassionate curiosity that I bring into my practice.

I provide therapy both virtually and in-person Monday to Friday at my office, located in Toronto, Ontario.
